Terms and Conditions for City Jungle Taxi Service

“City Jungle Taxi service” means the transportation service for taxi passengers whereby the Customer can book a transfer or tour and be picked up and dropped off at their destination.
” City Jungle Taxi service” means the application or the website developed, owned, and operated by the Company as a technological platform used as an intermediary for the driver to manage and provide City Jungle Taxi service.
2.1 The Company is an information provider and technological operator facilitating contact and submission of transportation service requests that are sent from customers to the Taxi Drivers with the function of estimating price, duration for the pick-up and transportation services along with information to contact the Driver. The Company serves as a transportation service provider or taxi service provider.
2.2 The Customer shall not use the City Jungle Taxi service to deliver products or things in any case. If there is an occurrence of issue from the use of the City Jungle Taxi service to deliver products or things, the Company shall not hold any responsibility in any case and a driver has the right to reject the request.
2.3 The transportation service shall be deemed City Jungle Taxi Service provision of service. When a service request is either accepted or booked, the Customer will be informed about the Taxi Driver’s information, such as name, license plate number; vehicle color; telephone number; and any rating score (if any). The Company shall not have any duties and responsibilities, whether directly or indirectly, for any damage arising from special circumstances with regard to the customer breach of agreement; and/or wrongful act or negligence as committed by the customer, such as loss of or damage to luggage or property, any damage or trouble with the vehicle or taxi, the customer being late and missing important events, meetings, or flights. The customer agrees not to make any claim against the Company.
- Denial of Warranty
The Company hereby fully denies any involvement with any transportation service for passengers or luggage of the Customer which is unlawful or carried out illegally in any respect.
- Use of Service
When the Customer books a service request, the booking will be processed and assigned to a driver. City Jungle Taxi Service seeks to facilitate the connection in between customers and drivers for all transportation services, such as tours, transfers, and special trips.
- Service Fee and Payment
5.1 The Customer shall pay the service fee for the requested service. We bill a 50% upfront charge for all our bookings except where otherwise stated. This is a non-refundable charge. We do not refund last minute cancellations. If you do need to cancel, we will require at least three days’ notice and a 50% refund will be returned on all fully paid trips.
5.2 The Customer shall be responsible for all road congestion, toll, expressway and/or highway fees.
5.3 The Customer may pay for the service fee and transportation fee by cash or via credit card through an external link we will send from our third-party payment gateway, or any other methods as adjusted by the Company from time to time.
5.4 The Customer shall be solely responsible for any expense in communicating with the Taxi Driver.
- Conditions for Using the Service
Each time the Customer uses City Jungle Taxi Service, the Customer agrees to comply with the following provisions. If the Customer fails to comply with any of these provisions, City Jungle Taxi Service has the right to cancel the request.
6.1. Passengers’ numbers shall be limited to a maximum of persons per vehicle.
6.2. The Customer is advised to fasten the seat belt every time when using the taxi transportation service. The Customer agrees to be responsible for any damage or legal fine incurred (if any) arising from the non-compliance thereof.
6.3 The Customer may carry luggage with variable weight per piece. The luggage must be of a size and quantity that can fit into a taxi. The Customer agrees be responsible and take care of their luggage and things.
6.4 The Customer shall not smoke or drink any alcoholic beverage in the taxi. The Customer agrees to be responsible for any damage or legal fine incurred (if any) arising from the non-compliance thereof.
6.5. The Customer must not carry, into the vehicle, any weapon, explosive device, or thing or materials that causes danger or risk of danger when travelling.
6.6. The Customer is asked to keep the vehicle clean and not to conduct any action that will cause damage to the vehicle and equipment in the vehicle. If the vehicle or equipment in the vehicle is damaged, the Customer shall be responsible for all such damage which occur.
6.7 The Customer shall not bring food that has a strong smell or things that can cause unwanted smells into the vehicle.
6.8. The Customer shall not bring any type of animal in the vehicle unless previously agreed upon.
